THE PLAN
SATURDAY: 🍷 Guided tasting of 5 selected wines, authentic expression of Roero 🌿 Visit to the production area and walk among the vineyards 🍇 Tasting of the first wine in the characteristic “ciabot” in the vineyard, immersed in nature 🧀 Platters of typical cured meats and cheeses, to discover local flavors, accompanied by honey and hazelnuts 🍝 Traditional first course: tajarin ai trenta tuorli with butter and sage ☕ Water and coffee POST TASTING: heading to Langhe, mini tour (if it's not already dark) and hotel check-in. Dinner together. Evening in Alba, with the theme “I want to go back to the 90s” Overnight in Langhe Sunday 15 Morning: tour around Langhe, possibly a stop at the Barbaresco enoteca Visit to the Barolo chapel or the La Morra viewpoint. Lunch: Diano d’Alba at the osteria in the vineyards Afternoon, tour around the hills for some unwinding, before returning. Estimated departure for return, 6:00 PM from Alba
